Welcome to SuperBazar.az and thank you for visiting us! SuperBazar.az operates as a trading platform where buyers and sellers are brought together. SuperBazar.az therefore is trying to bring all parties together but will not interfere with the actual buying process. In order to protect ourselves and the users of SuperBazar.az, the following General Terms & Conditions apply to all users/visitors of SuperBazar.az. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Advertising on SuperBazar.az

Joining SuperBazar.az and advertising on SuperBazar.az is completely free; we do not charge fees of any kind. However, we do reserve the right to charge future fees at any time. You are obliged to indicate a valid email address and/or telephone number, this to allow other users to respond on your advertisement.

We can assure you that SuperBazar.az will be very careful with your personal data and will not release this data to other parties. Once you’ve placed an advertisement, your IP address will be stored in our system in order to prevent abuse against our system.

What’s forbidden?

• Advertisements for objects or services which are against the law and/or not allowed by the General Terms & Conditions of SuperBazar.az.
• Advertisements which have a direct or indirect link to competitive websites.
• It is not allowed to place a free advertisement with the objective of directly or indirectly promoting a company. Free advertisements which contain relevant products or services may be accompanied with the contact data of the company offering it.
• Offering, asking for or advertising photos, copyright and/ or portrait rights of which belong tosomeone else.
• Text and/or photos of third parties may not be used without explicit authorisation of the legal owner.
• It is not allowed to use protected names and logos of companies in your advertisement, other than the name of the company that fabricated/produced the items that you are advertising.
• It is not allowed to use a disclaimer which applies for the authenticity or legality of the object which you advertise for. Advertisers need to make sure that the objects are authentic before they may be advertised on SuperBazar.az. If you have doubts about this authenticity, please do not offer it on our site.

Changing/Removing your advertisement

Directly after you placed your advertisement on our site, a confirmation email will be forwarded to you. Please make sure your email address is valid. You can change or remove your advertisement at any time by clicking on the link as provided to you in our confirmation email. For changing the content of your advertisement another link is provided to you in this confirmation email. Changing or removing your advertisement is completely free and can also be done via the button ‘My SuperBazar’ on our website.

Publication time of your advertisement

In principal your advertisement will be removed automatically after approximately 90 days. However, three days before the end of the publication time an email will be forwarded to you with a link to replace your advertisement for another 90 days. If you will not click on the link, for example because you already sold your object, your advertisement will be removed automatically. You will receive an email in which we confirm the removal as well.

Advertisements of companies

These General Terms & Conditions also apply to registered companies. Advertisement published by companies may contain no more than one object without any additional promotional text or images, for promotional purposes we offer you the possibility to publish so called ‘banners’ on our site. For these banners we will raise a fee. For more information please read ‘Commercial advertising on SuperBazar.az.

Commercial advertising on SuperBazar.az

SuperBazar.az is a tradename of Full Option Trading Company (FOTC). Once we have published a banner for your company (only upon your request), FOTC will invoice you as agreed upon with you. In principal, you will receive our invoice on a monthly basis for as long as your banner is published on SuperBazar.az. The contract will be valid as soon as we published your banner and will only end once the expiration date has come or if we receive a written request from you in which you ask us to remove your banner. If you are not registered as a company, we will invoice you before publishing your banner on our site.

SuperBazar.az reserves the right to terminate the contract as described above at any time on an immediate base and/or remove you banner temporarily.

You are obliged to execute all payment obligations to SuperBazar.az.

You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms, including the legal rent of the specific period.

If SuperBazar.az is forced to undertake a legal action in order to receive the payments as agreed upon with you, all our legal and accompanied costs will be reimbursed by the user.

General

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts.

Closure

No rights of any kind can be submitted to SuperBazar.az. SuperBazar.az reserves the right to remove advertisements of our system at any time without informing you. Furthermore, we reserve the right to block you or your IP address to our site. SuperBazar.az is in no case responsible for the content of your advertisement and you will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees. SuperBazar.az cannot be claimed for temporary system downtime that occurred for whichever reason.

If you, as a user, have complaints about certain advertisements please contact us via info@superbazar.az. Please make sure you always include the advertisement number with regard to which you have complaints!
